As a customer of Honey Hoot’s Orchids and Rare Plants, you understand and agree:
Rare plants and cuttings come with inherent risks. All items purchased are at the risk of the buyer and all clients are ultimately responsible for the health of the plants they purchase. No refunds or exchanges are promised at any time.
We are here to be a resource and helpful as you expand your collection. If you have any issues, please reach out to within the first 10 days of purchase and we will do our best to help you and work with you. Again, no refunds or exchanges are promised at any time.
While we strive to provide pristine plants for our clients, all plants bring the risk of pests and potential illness. We recommend you quarantine all new plants purchased for at least 2 weeks before introducing them to your existing collection. Honey Hoot’s is not responsible for any damage, injury or issue potentially caused by the introduction of our plants.
